This container based on mindfulness, shamanic practices and energy alignment will support you to safely:

What I am offering is a container that will spread over 3 months and will contain a mixture of face to face and online sessions.
- Face to face sessions will involve hands on healing, shamanic practices, mindfulness and breathwork based exercises, as well as tea meditation.
- Online sessions will involve visualisation based meditation, belief work, ancestral healing and NLP based practices such as Thetahealing.
Face to face sessions will be 2 hours, online sessions 1.5 hours. If we need slightly longer sessions on occasion we can always reduce one of the following sessions or ad time on an ad hoc basis at the discounted rate of £30 per half hour.
✨ At the beginning of the container we will set a clear intention of where you want to land and how you want to feel at the end of this cycle.
✨ We will explore both your ancestral mother line and father line to clear any limiting belief, patterns, trauma and soul contracts that will be relevant to your journey
✨ At any given time between sessions you may be given exercises and self development work to support your growth and your journey.
Journaling will also be advised so you can use it as a reflection tool.
✨ We will have regular check via whatsapp to monitor your physical and emotional wellbeing
✨ The last session will be an integration session during which we will evaluate the progress and close any open wound in your energy field.
It includes:
- 4 x 2 hours face to face sessions
- 4 x 1.5 hours online sessions
- 1 face to face final integrative session (2 hours)
- WhatsApp liaison to support your journey
The investment for this container is £1 333*
* Payable in full or in 3 monthly instalments: two of £444.33 + one of £444.34
*The container must be paid in full before the last remaining session.
*A non refundable deposit of £150 is required when booked online, the remaining amount will then be due 7 days before the first session unless an instlament has been put in place.
Most sessions will be conducted during weekdays at the location provided by Marjorie Genest Therapies. Occasionally sessions may be conducted on weekends, online or as home visits. Please note that an additional supplement of £33 per session will be applied for home visit sessions.
Once started, this program is non refundable and all instalments will be expected to be paid even if you decide to step out of the program.
